Our process
Reaching Out
If you have a project that needs managing or need support on any of the services we provide, then please let us know. This is the first step of starting your project with us, from here on in we try to make the entire process as easy and fluid as possible.
Proposal Stage
Once an area of support has been identified then a proposal can be sent to you for your perusal. This proposal will provide insight into our own company, project parameters, how we can help and the benefits we can provide. We will follow up on this proposal to see if there is any further information you may need to help you decide whether to proceed.
Project Meeting
This is the point that a meeting is scheduled to learn more about your organisation and your people. Typically, a pre-meeting document is sent to inform you of what will be discussed and what information we need to see, plus whom we may need to speak with. It is worth noting that there are no charges for the interaction so far and we are merely trying to establish if we are suited to your company and vice versa.
Review & Feedback
We firmly believe that to ensure the highest levels of service then it is important to receive and provide continual feedback. These reviews also allow us to ensure that we are adhering to the project parameters and that changes can be made if needed. Remember, we are an extremely agile company!
Invoicing Stage
We will always make you aware of project costs prior to starting any new project as this will ensure there are no surprises. We normally operate on an hourly or daily basis as this allows you to keep control of project costs. We invoice on a monthly basis and request payment terms of 30 days.

Open Discussion
One of our project consultants will be in touch to discuss your query. We are happy to meet in person or have this initial conversation over the telephone. This is an open conversation so that we can get to know each other and for us to further understand the support you may require.

Project Agreed & Contract Sent
Once we have agreed on the project then we will send our Service Agreement Contract for signing. It is also an opportunity to sign any non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality paperwork that you may require us to sign to keep your information safe.
